RETURNS: Store credit only if returned within 15 days of ship date . Please note that 'custom sizes' are stock designs cut to standard sizes: these are not full-custom garments.
Custom-design garments may not be returned.
We are committed to ensuring a proper fit of your garment and ask that you try on your garment when it arrives. We are happy to discuss any necessary changes or alterations for custom garments, but must do so before the garment is worn. Requests for alterations must be submitted by Customer within 15 days of order ship date.
Private collection garments must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return or exchange.Full price merchandise returned within 30 days from the ship date will be credited to the original method of payment (credit card or online gift certificate). No returns are accepted after 30 days from ship date.
Original shipping charges are not refundable. To return an item, please send it to the Stable Cloth address found under Contact Us. Please allow 12 to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. You may want to insure your return or exchange; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns or exchanges. Items that are returned used or damaged are NOT entitled to a refund or exchange and if you would like us to ship your item back to you, shipping charges are will be applied. Kindly fold and return the garment in the original packaging to avoid a $10 restocking fee.
